Amanda Schupf - Creative Advisor

Amanda Schupf is a born and raised New Yorker, mother, creative executive, entrepreneur and the founder of MAX - a boutique music management and consulting company that focuses on guiding the careers of artists, producers, and songwriters. Max also houses a consulting arm that helps creators, labels, and publishers navigate the daily challenges of the music business.

Prior to founding MAX, Amanda held creative/A&R roles at Imagem Music (now Concord) and Ingrooves Music Publishing where she worked with across multiple genres with talent including Mark Ronson, Ludacris, Swizz Beatz, Cheat Codes, AJR, and Stephen Marley.

Before entering into music publishing, Amanda earned a Masters of Music Technology from NYU’s Steinhardt School of Continuing Education and held positions at Sony Music Studios and Homeschool Records, John Legend’s independent record label, the latter at which she helped break Grammy-winning artist Estelle.
